We will update your order to despatched on eBay the day before delivery. You will receive an email from eBay advising you that your order has been despatched and delivery will be the following day. We always aim to deliver your order 2 days after receiving your payment. For example if you order on a Monday we expect to deliver on the Wednesday. For orders received on a Thursday we will aim to deliver on the Monday. For orders received on a Friday or on a Weekend we will aim to deliver on the following Tuesday. We can deliver on a Saturday at an additional cost of £29.99 If your order is more urgent please just email or call us and we will do our best to meet your requirements. Please ensure that both your mobile number and email address are up to date as our couriers may call or text you prior to delivery. Delivery is made to your doorstep but the boxes are quite light and easy to handle. RETURNS Mattresses returns will not be accepted if the mattress has been opened and allowed to expand. Couriers will not accept an opened mattress and due to the hygiene aspect we cannot accept the return. If you wish to return an item for a change of mind, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. There will be a charge of approx £30 if you would like us to arrange the collection. The charge can be deducted from your refund rather than asking you to pay again. If you would rather arrange your own return the return will be free of any charges. If an item arrives damaged, please sign for the parcels as damaged to allow us to claim on our Courier Insurance. IMPORTANT STUFF We send all items out new and boxed, so please check the state of the boxes when they are delivered to you. If in any doubt, please sign for the item(s) as damaged. This allows us to claim on the couriers insurance and get any replacement parts sent out without delay. Thankfully, this is very rare but if any delivery is signed for as in good condition, we may not be able to supply free replacement parts.
