Important Information:

All our PC’s are fully preloaded with Windows 7 and this includes a back up CD to ensure that at any point you can re-install the PC back to how it was the day you received it from us. It is as easy as, inserting the CD, switching it on and within 30 minutes your machine will be fully restored. Please also ensure that you always back up your pc whilst using it. Generally we always advise to save important pictures and files on a USB pen or external storage device.

We install Windows 7 Pro and NOT the home edition. This ensures you get all those extra features offered by windows. We install the 64-bit version but can install 32-bit however it will not recognise the full amount of memory. We have also installed SP1 to decrease the updates.

We understand the importance of having everything installed as opposed to you having to do this yourself.

All our PC’s are professionally refurbished to the highest standard and cleaned inside and out. More often we use new parts to ensure the PC life i.e. WIFI, Graphics, Memory etc. All our PC’s pass health and visual checks before leaving us.

We offer a standard 3 month warranty. This includes all hardware problems and we endeavour to solve any problems you have so please call if you are having issues
