Q&A

1. Is my TV VESA compliant?
Most TVs are VESA compliant. There are at least 4 fixing holes on the back of a TV. To get the VESA size, please refer to the manual or take a measurement.
3. Does this item fit my TV?
Please check the VESA size and the Load Capacity above. Or contact us to confirm. We reply within 24 hrs.
Note: Our items only fit TVs with flat back sides. Otherwise, the bracket may overlap with things on the back of your TV and thus cannot fit.
4. The screws don¡¯t fit?
Each item comes with surplus screws and fits most TVs, except for some TV models (usually Samsung TVs). If the screws don¡¯t fit, you may have to buy some on your own. And we will cover the expense for you.
5. Faulty item received?
If a faulty item is sent, please contact us before leaving a negative feedback. We can either refund or dispatch a new one without extra charges.
6. Item not received?
Generally delivery takes 3~5 working days. If delivery is late, please contact us for help. If the item gets lost, we will re-send without extra charges.
