It’s available in both beech and pine both giving it a nice, domestic and homely feel. Accompanied with its adjustable shelf use and drawer space for your convenience, you can keep clutter to a minimum and keep on top of all your paperwork. Next Day Delivery We dispatch daily Monday to Friday from our Lancashire based warehouse. All our products unless otherwise stated are sent out by a national based UK courier on a next working day delivery service which is included in the price for UK mainland except the far north of Scotland. Saturday Delivery We are able to send items out on a Saturday delivery for a small extra cost again dependant on the weight of the item you are buying, please contact us for further details. Timed Delivery As with all major couriers, although delivery is guaranteed next day it can be delivered anytime between 9am and 6pm although in most cases the mornings If you cannot or do not want to wait in all day for your item we can send your purchase out on a guaranteed delivery of either before 9.30am, 10.30am or Noon service. This is at an extra cost for further details please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this for you. Collection Collections from our warehouse are welcome but will need to be pre-arranged. It may be possible to collect on a weekend but again we will need to organise this in advance. In some cases we may be able to offer a discount for items collected. Discounts are not available on the Solid Wood Furniture range as we would prefer these to be delivered by the registered professional company assigned. Dispatch time is 1 day. Returns We offer a 7 day cancellation policy on all items unless otherwise stated. The item in question must be returned to us as new and in its original packaging. All return requests must be emailed to us within 7 working days and to aid us with our customer service we do ask for a reason if possible. If you have purchased flat packed furniture we cannot accept returns if the item has been assembled so please check all panels and contents before attempting to assemble the item. All goods that are returned to us will be checked on arrival to make sure they are as new, and only then will we process your full refund. Damaged Items Any damages or faults with any items need to be relayed to us within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Any noticeable damage caused by a courier can be either be refused on delivery therefore sent back to us by the courier or you will need to call or email us within 24hrs so we can arrange the courier to collect and have the damage assessed. Full refunds including postage costs will be refunded for any items damaged in transit or upon receipt. For items of low value it may be necessary to email us photographic evidence of damage should we decide returning the item is not cost effective.
